Our Process
Our process begins by guiding you through your AV decision-making and being mindful of your budget. We will further assess if the technical requirements are met to accurately produce and achieve your vision and make suggestions to improve functionality and aesthetics.
Working closely with our clients, we quickly learn and understand their audio-visual needs. There is a great benefit to working with the same audio-visual service provider. As technology advances, the MTAV team is an excellent resource, as our objective is to keep up-to-date with Audio-Visual and Lighting advancements.

We work closely with event planners, festival organizers, corporate personnel, stage managers, musicians and the general public. Whether your event includes live music, public address, a visual presentation or entertainment/ music, we will ensure the audio-visual lighting element exceeds your expectations.
Many venues have an in-house AV company storing a few items on-site. There is a misconception that you can't bring in your team. We often travel with our clients to various locations, giving them peace of mind regarding who will be at the helm of their event and a greater understanding of their staff and needs.
