Notably, many venues are labelled best suited for business, special occasions, or both. It should not be assumed that your venue has all the audio-visual equipment required to make your vision a reality in-house.

Will there be Live Music or Entertainment?

Is the in-house PA system suitable for your requirements?

Is the AV properly maintained and will you receive operational instructions from qualified staff?

Will you be adding a video presentation to your celebration?

Another factor is room layout. As an example, sometimes, the position of a permanently installed projector screen doesn't align with your floor plan. Keep in mind that the blanket statement" AV included" is vague. It would help if you were asking many of these questions and more.
