Notably, many venues are labelled best suited for business, special occasions, or both. It should not be assumed that your venue has all the audio-visual equipment required to make your vision a reality in-house.

Another factor is room layout. As an example, sometimes, the position of a permanently installed projector screen doesn't align with your floor plan. Keep in mind that the blanket statement" AV included" is vague.
