HOW TO RENT
OUR PROCESS:
- Please provide us with the details of your equipment and service requests below.
- We will confirm final cost and send a quote.
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- Once we have a signature for acceptance, we will process the $25 deposit to finalize your booking or follow up with a deposit invoice.
- Select a pick up and drop off date and. time.
- All payments are finalized on the equipment pickup date.
- For any technical services that include delivery or setup services, payments will be finalized before arrival.
DEPOSITS:
EQUIPMENT RENTALS: Orders under $500 A $25 non-refundable holding deposit is required to finalize your reservation.
PRODUCTIONS: A minimum 50% deposit is required to book production & technical labour. (See Terms and Conditions)
Rental Pick Up & Returns
HOURS: Rental Department hours vary. Please call to arrange.
WEEKDAY PICKUP
Based on a 24 hour rental period. Prearranged appointment times will be determined.
WEEKEND PICKUP
- Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday: By availability and prearranged appointment
RETURNS
- Monday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Sunday: By availability and prearranged appointment (12:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
STATUTORY HOLIDAYS
- Returns on Tuesday before 2:00pm

Payments
Our Rental Dept. accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express only.
(We do not accept Cash, E-transfers, Debit Cards or Debit CC#).
A Deposit is required to Hold a Reservation.
Online CONTACTLESS Payment only via MAJOR CREDIT CARDS- Our Office will process your full payment before you arrive.
