a) Include both live presentations and/or pre-recorded videos.
b) Consider pre-recording testimonials and entertainment with the same backdrop/set or create a secondary, complementary look and/or theme to create the illusion the event is completely LIVE.
c) Pre-recorded entertainment should be supported by our sound technician, including mic'd instruments and performers for the optimal guest experience.
d) Include impactful, captivating video with the addition of moving graphics, titling and optimal audio mixing.
e) We recommend using multiple comfort monitors for the EMCEE or Live Auctioneer to read their notes (teleprompter) and see the content that the online audience is viewing.
f) Looking straight into the camera has never been more important. Do not read notes at the podium - practice and utilize a teleprompter to engage your home viewers.
g) We recommend a microphone for each presenter to comply with COVID best practices and efficiencies.
h) Create a brand account YouTube channel or utilize MTAV's channel. A link to the live stream will be supplied to the end client.
