When your client is looking for some visual "eye candy".

Being creative by supplying visual layering effects along with our Audio Production.

Using a Visual Presentation to Wow your Guests

Had a great time providing Audio production for our client's at Gordon Food Service this month. The show took place at the beautiful Sheraton on the Falls in Niagara Falls.

Our client was looking for an interesting "eye candy" to enhance their evening entertainment. From the formal PowerPoint presentation during the first part of their show, we moved into the evening using the GrandVJ software by Arkaos to project layered moving graphics on multiple projection surfaces behind the band.

How did we do that?

We provided the media server including moving graphics to an additional technician operating Pandora's Box - projection mapping technology.
It was a wonderful opportunity to be creative utilizing the layering capability of this visual program.

Thinking outside the box?

Unlike a Face-to-Face Event, we recommend in order to produce a successful, engaging Virtual Gala; it should only be approximately 45-60 min long, putting a high priority on the Fund-A-Need Ask. Content Strategies: By being strategic in your messaging and content, you can take your audience on an emotional journey all while sharing information about your organization, success stories, video content, testimonials, possible entertainment and circle back to your Fundraising ask. Hire an entertaining Host, Professional Speaker or Emcee and/or Professional Auctioneer.
