DJ or AV Company?

As an Audio-Visual company, our services begin even before your event date. We are available to help our clients make technical decisions when they looking for Audio-Visual services that exceed the venue's in-house offerings. This could be as simple as a sound system to play music and a wireless lavalier for speeches. Most in-house speaker systems are meant for public address only and do not manage the extremes of recorded music well, or live music for that matter.

Start by asking yourself, what is the primary reason your organization is meeting? Routinely, it is to convey a message, whether that is a celebration or informative. What does an Audio Technician bring to the table?

Often when individuals are planning a corporate party or gala function, knowing they will want background or dinner music and access to a microphone, they instantly think …… DJ. If you are planning an event that has a more formal itinerary, consider the significant benefit of having a skilled technician on hand to operate/troubleshoot, facilitate seamless visual presentations and monitor microphone levels. Along with taking the stress out of the technical side of event planning and execution, AV companies concentrate on the overall audio coverage in the room; having a direct impact on your guests overall positive experience, whereas a DJ's main focus/expertise is the dance floor. ..... and yes.....we can provide music.

Does your event include a live music element? Our technicians can be on-site to assist the musician in hooking into our sound system that will be utilized for both the public address, live music..... and yes.... background music. Our technician would be tasked to set up the sound system for a musician, or if you have hired a band, we would be ready for a sound check hours before your guests arrive. It is important to note that a musician or DJ can't be expected to successfully mix sound from the stage where he can't hear what the audience hears. There is value in having our technician manage both the speeches and live music.

Along with our pro-rated sound and visual equipment, our technicians can provide suitable purchased themed music playlists and any special pre-arranged music for awards or themed parties, but if your function is ready for an old fashion dance party....
